    Job Description: As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience with Kiefer Kia is positive and memorable. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clientele, fostering loyalty and trust in our brand. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Greeting customers in a warm and welcoming manner, both in person and over the phone.
    • Assisting customers with inquiries, providing information about our vehicles, services, and promotions.
    • Managing customer appointments and scheduling test drives.
    • Following up with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues they may have.
    • Resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively, aiming for complete satisfaction.
    • Collaborating with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
    Requirements:
    • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
