- Perform diagnostic tests and vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
- Recommend and perform necessary repairs and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Repair and replace vehicle components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and technical manuals to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers and addressing any concerns they may have
- Stay uptodate with the latest automotive technology and complete required training and certifications to maintain Master Certification status
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Master Certified Technician status from ASE and/or manufacturer certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Master Certified Technician in a dealership setting
- Excellent diagnostic and problemsolving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Strong communication and customer service skills
