    Your Opportunity

    As the Director of FOLIO and OpenRS Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the Sales strategy and execution for the global FOLIO and OpenRS business within EBSCO Information Services. The Director of FOLIO and OpenRS Sales will also oversee the management of three direct reports including the FOLIO and OpenRS Sales Trainer and Demo Engineer, FOLIO Sales Manager, and FOLIO Coordinator.

    This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories)

    What You'll Do

    • Generating, driving, and executing the global Sales strategy for FOLIO and OpenRS
    • Collaboration across organization including but not limited to, Product Management, Marketing, Implementation, Training, and Support to drive new and renewal sales of FOLIO and OpenRS
    • Work directly with SaaS Sales Management, SaaS Directors, and Global Sales Management on cross sale opportunities involving complementary SaaS Business Lines
    • Handle complex pricing and negotiation of offers of FOLIO and OpenRS within Sales and in alignment with PM
    • Actively participate in FOLIO and OpenRS RFP/tender process in partnership with the RFP team
    • Assist regional Sales teams with customer demos as necessary
    • Assist with closing strategic high value and important deals for FOLIO and OpenRS
    • Partner with FOLIO and OpenRS Sales Trainer to ensure FOLIO and OpenRS training materials are reviewed, updated, created in a timely manner and are in alignment with Sales needs
    • Management responsibilities of three direct reports including FOLIO and OpenRS Sales Trainer and FOLIO Sales Demo Engineer, FOLIO Sales Manager and FOLIO Coordinator
    • Ability to present to Executive Leadership as necessary

    About You

    • 10+ years of ILS/LSP sales experience including demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals
    • In depth understanding of the library technology landscape
    • Ability to travel 10-20%

    Our Offer To You

    Target Annual Compensation Range: $141,230 - $201,760

    The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location.
