    Job Description
    Stamford Health is looking for a temporary Breast Health Specialist. The assignment is for 16 weeks. Primary responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating health services provided by Breast Center. Development, oversight and coordination of testing and care provided to the client. Liaison between the physician, professional health care staff and other involved parties to reinforce multidisciplinary approach to care. Provides support, education and resource materials to the patient and families. Data collection and outcomes reporting. Identification of areas for quality improvement; supports or leads initiatives to ensure best practices.
