Maintenance - Scottsdale

Maintenance duties include, but are not limited to:

• Work in a professional and courteous manner.
• Routine checks of interior and exterior of building for proper functionality.
• Conduct weekly walkthroughs of all facilities, list items and work to be done and provide potential cost to owners and GM.
• Provide upkeep such as paint touch ups etc. and basic repairs to building and facilities.
• Ensure all signage is functioning properly.
• Assist in monitoring and replacing all theater lighting.
• Assist in theater bulb changes.
• Ensures department cleanliness and functional operations of equipment in all departments.
• Assist in repairing and replacing all damaged property on premises, including tables, chairs, recliners, building fixtures, etc.
• Assist in ensuring all equipment is operational and assist in ordering parts when needed.
• Communicate effectively with GM and Maintenance Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience/Education/Physical Requirements:

• No previous experience necessary.
• Frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Stand, walk, climb stairs, balance.
• Use hands to grip, handle, feel, reach.
• Use cleaning compounds and cleaning products.
• Exposure to hot and/or cold temperatures.
• Lift 50 pounds at waist or shoulder level.

This is a Safety Sensitive position due to the requirements of working with sharp tools and machinery.
