    Logistics Manager in Stafford, VA
    Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance.


    • Create and manage the Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA) Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) for the review of draft Technical Manuals (TM) and reconcile CRM responses and provide additional comments, if required
    • Analyze Technical Manual data delivered in XML format and ensure compliance with the Technical Manual Contract Requirements (TMCR) and applicable MIL-STD
    • Conduct in-depth analysis associated with work packages delivered with TM deliveries
    • Provide the Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level study to the PM AAA TM Manager.
    • Maintain a PM AAA-developed spreadsheet and track the status of reported user issues associated with the Interactive Authoring and Display Systems (IADS).
    • Maintain paper and electronic copies of draft TMs delivered to PM AAA by outside agencies.
    • Validate the accuracy and completeness of all change page information
    • Assist in the development of a Government Statement of Objectives (SOO) to support IADS with Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM).
    • Assist in the development of Letters of Instruction for site visits and provide TM briefings to Marine users.
    • Assist and participate in all aspects of TM validation
    Qualifications


    • Have an active Secret clearance.
    • Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience.
    • Have a working knowledge of Interactive Authoring and Display Systems (IADS).
    • Prior experience supporting an Acquisition Level I - III program
    • Prior experience using XML
    • Prior experience reviewing and editing technical manuals for the government
    Business Development


    • Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews
    Travel Requirements


    • 10-15% of travelling throughout the year.
