    Johnson Brothers of Wisconsin is seeking a District Manager based in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area.

    The person will be responsible to develop, coach and train Sales Consultants to achieve sales goals, placement objectives and to ensure company standards are met.


    Job Description:


    Johnson Brothers is a national family-owned wine, spirits and beer distributor.

    We are seeking a top-notch professional with industry experience. The most ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organization abilities and have a passion for sales.     Qualifications include:

    • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing
    • Two or more years of experience in sales, category/brand management
    • Wine and spirits industry experience.
    • Strong computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Must have a passion for selling wine and spirits.
    • Must have a strong understanding of pricing and promotion strategies.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
    • Must be an aggressive self-starter.
