    We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our Data Center Operations team.

    You will be part of the Operations team focusing on the NVIDIA Data Center global fleet and establishing a QA process that will span the organization.

    The individual will learn about a variety of new technologies, which can craft the data center industry for decades to come.

    This position requires an individual who is a great teammate, an excellent communicator, creative, data driven, results oriented and hungry for quality.

    What You'll Be Doing


    Plans, builds, and owns the overall quality strategy for product development and operations and participates in product testing and identifies deficiencies.

    Applies appropriate quality evaluation and control tools such as six-sigma to verify and qualify the product quality.
    Works closely with the engineering team to define corrective actions to identify product problems as per target quality specification.
    Investigates product quality for improvements and achieve better customer outcomes.
    Collaborates with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution as per target quality.

    Prepares and present reports and metrics in collaboration with other engineering functions and perform tests in different scopes: regression, performance, functional, security; report the progress of testing and provide summary reports of testing activity.

    Participates in all the Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes to ensure design quality and safety are up to standard.

    Review designs and requirements for new features, design a test plan and insure full feature coverage.

    Report bugs found during execution, assist with reproduction and debugs to understand root cause, verify bug fixes provided by R&D team, raise if not fixed.

    What We Need To See

    Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering and/or related disciplinary or equivalent experience.
    7+ years of product development and operations experience in HVAC, Power System, or similar electromechanical product development industry and 15+ years of professional experience
    Proven experience with QA tools and processes.
    Problem solving, project management, and experience driving root cause analysis for sophisticated projects building improved customer experience.
    Experience with equipment commissioning, testing, and related activities
    Knowledge of building industry standards including Life Safety, BOCA, NEC, NFPA and OSHA
    Attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
    Must have strong planning, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    Able to prioritize opposing tasks with improved customer outcomes.

    Self-starter that can be hands-on and able to work independently, excellent communication (verbal & written) and strongly self-motivated and responsible worker who can plan and implement.

    Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

    Understanding the principles of quality assurance.
    Knowledge of Level 1-5 commissioning for critical environments
    Experience leading Root Cause Analysis (RVA) and 8D initiatives with suppliers
    Knowledge leading supplier quality and capability assessments and conducting onsite evaluations.
    Hands on experience with data center environments and liquid cooling.

    The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 345,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
