Account Development Manager
About the Job Position:
The Account Development Manager plays a key role in achieving sales and marketing goals in collaboration with a major automotive OEM partner.
In this position, the Account Development Manager (ADM) works within a team to provide necessary resources and guidance aimed at boosting sales performance, dealer training, and ensuring top-notch customer service.
Using product knowledge and training expertise, the ADM supports and nurtures assigned districts to enhance productivity levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Safe-Guard's branded training platform as a strategic advantage and value addition
- Collaborate with the sales management team to implement initiatives that drive sales revenue and meet set objectives
- Conduct Dealer training seminars to enhance dealer profitability and product sales penetration
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations through best practice reviews and continuous training
- Market and facilitate dealer participation in comprehensive F&I certification and training classes offered by Safe-Guard
- Train dealer personnel on the features, benefits, and value propositions of the product offerings
- Develop action plans to increase sales of the product suite offering
- Drive dealer conversions through consistent presentation meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) preferred, although not mandatory
- Five years of experience in the Automotive industry
- Three years of retail F&I experience
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies
- Proven track record of sales success, proactive and self-driven
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of a client portfolio
- Proficiency in delivering in-store F&I training programs
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Extensive knowledge and experience in menu selling
- Proficient in selling F&I product suite portfolio
- Experience in sales development with sustainable results
- Hands-on training experience with dealer personnel
- Ability to build strong relationships with key dealer personnel
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time (primarily automotive)
- Authorized to work in the U.S
- Ability to pass a background check successfully
