- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Hold a valid state license as an Occupational Therapist
- Present proof of current CPR certification
- Display compassion and a friendly attitude
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Capability to work flexible hours and commute locally
