Role Overview:
The ideal candidate should possess solid Hospice background along with quality and/or educator experience.
This role plays a crucial part in enhancing clinical performance throughout the organization. Working closely with clinical leaders at various levels, the position provides leadership, guidance, and support for implementing strategies to enhance patient treatment and care for specific conditions. It leads initiatives for clinical quality improvement, patient safety enhancement, and organizational advancements to achieve top-tier clinical outcomes and expedite reaching quality and safety goals. Assigned to dedicated performance improvement teams, offering expertise, analytical support, and guidance to enhance clinical outcomes. Deliverables focus on substantial improvements in quality, safety, service, and efficiency organization-wide. The role involves consulting, coaching, and contributing to the development of quality metrics and performance management systems.
