We are seeking a Digital Product Coordinator to join our team. The Junior Digital Product Coordinator will support the digital product team in coordinating and executing the development and launch of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in digital product development, a keen attention to detail, and a desire to learn how to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in coordinating and managing the development and launch of digital products
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, engineers, and QA teams to ensure product goals are met
+ Monitor product progress and review analytics to provide regular updates to stakeholders
+ Help maintain and organize product backlog
+ Assist in product testing
+ Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize product improvements, sprint goals, and project timelines
+ Manage requests from other business groups sent to the team for resolution
+ Assist in preparing reports, documentation, training materials, and user guides for digital products
**Qualifications:**
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
+ Basic understanding of digital product development and user experience principles
+ Basic experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira/Confluence is a plus
+ Strong communication skills and ability to present product updates to stakeholders
+ Passion for digital products and user experience
**Pay Range:**
$16.25-$19.31 Hourly
