    Description

    The Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square is in search of a skilled Banquet Cook to join their team.

    The position involves maintaining and setting up the food production station and ensuring quality control for all food items prepared on the hot line, including meat, fish, fowl, sauces, and seasonings.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Ensuring meals meet quality standards and following recipes
    • Proper storage and portion control of food items
    • Minimizing waste and maintaining cleanliness in work areas
    • Operating kitchen equipment and keeping it in good condition
    • Labeling and organizing food items for use as needed

    Requirements:

    EDUCATION
    High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

    EXPERIENCE
    At least two years of cooking experience required. Experience in high-volume restaurants is a plus.

    LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES
    Ability to obtain any necessary government licenses or certificates.

    GROOMING
    All team members must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.

    Hourly rate: $23.53
